Income Tax & TDS : This module intended to give students exposure in making PAN and TAN Applications, e-Filing of Income Tax Returns and TDS Returns, Tax computations, Tax Planning, Preparation and Issue of TDS Certificates, Matching of TDS through 26AS statements. In addition the module also gives working of knowledge of Income Tax laws and rules and also its interpretations. The module has been developed keeping in line the basic industry requirements
VAT & CST : This module to impart basic knowledge of VAT & CST and will include online Registration Process with Modifications and Amendments, online e-Filing of VAT/CST Returns/ Calculation of Input and Output VAT, Generation of C-Forms/Way Bills and other online Forms, Handling Assessments. Module also has Tax Planning features, covering all other related rules and regulations.
SERVICE TAX : The students will acquire working knowledge of Service Tax and will also become conversant with online Registration Process, including modifications and amendments, online e-Filing of Service Tax Returns / Calculation of Cenvat Credit and Service Tax Payable.
COMPANY LAW :The students will learn about the new Companies Act, 2013 and also the rules regulations regarding company formation, appointment and resignation of Directors and other commonly required aspects in a business. Module also covers usage and e-Filings of Forms through MCA21 site of the ROC.
OTHER LAWS : The module will give students the required knowledge about the other statutory aspects laws required for opening and running of businesses including Professional Tax, Shop & Establishment Registration etc.
BANKING & ALLIED AREAS : In this module students will learn about e-Banking, Loan Documentation, Export and Import Documentation, Projected Financial Statements, and other areas in which knowledge is expected from an accountant.
